The name says it all.  My name is Matt and I love music.  Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota I have had the great fortune of growing up in a city known for, and full of, a great music scene.  My parents raised me on a diverse selection of music ranging from The Beatles and Beach Boys to Barry Manilow and Garth Brooks.  I can still remember being in my room playing air guitar while my brother flickered the lights on and off to Garth’s “The Thunder Rolls”.  My first concert was Matchbox 20 at the Xcel Energy Center in St Paul in 2001.  Since then, I have attended numerous shows of all genres and sizes.  Highlights include P!nk, U2 in the rain at TCF Bank Stadium, Paul McCartney at Target Field (seen below), and Garth Brooks.
